Moving up to the first floor, there are a total of four bedrooms. The first two are at the front of the villa and offer exceptional views of the pool and the glistening Atlantic Ocean. These bedrooms include; a king-sized platform bed, private en-suite bathroom, large freestanding bathtub, glass-enclosed rainfall shower, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with Netflix and amazing views.

The main living areas are also on the first floor The space follows an expansive open design concept and embeds the large living and dining areas, that overlooks the ocean and opens into the spacious outdoor patio.
