Club Ambiance is now listed for sale. This 81,117.50 square foot hotel site is located on the new coastal road that leads West from Ocho Rios to Discovery Bay in the town of Runaway Bay. Runaway Bay has always been a popular resort area with several hotels, villas and a golf course and spectacular beaches scattered throughout. The hotel was originally built in 1963 and has 70 standard rooms, 3 suites plus an array of recreational areas including a pool that span the width of the property. The hotel is set close to the 500 foot (152 meter) coastline that is protected by two artificial reefs.
