Four Seasons Nevis to Undergo Major Renovation

The Four Seasons Resort Nevis is set to undergo a multimillion-dollar, multi-phase enhancement project this year. The multi-phase renovation to the 350-acre property will kick off in April 2018 with a redesign of all 196 guest rooms and suites.

“The renovation of Four Seasons Resort Nevis underscores our commitment to a continued investment in the island of Nevis and its people,” says Gonzalo Güelman Ros, the property’s General Manager. “With a partnership more than 25 years in the making, this project supports our common goal of being a destination of preference for Caribbean travelers.”

Dominica’s Fort Young Hotel Reopens

In another positive step for Dominica’s rebuilding tourism sector, the island’s Fort Young hotel has partially reopened.

The hotel has completed its first phase of renovations and initial expansion with 41 of its 72 rooms available for booking, and many of its core amenities, including the hotel’s pool, the waterfront Warner’s Bar, in-room spa services and one of its meeting facilities, are open for guests.

Dominica citizenship gains popularity for second passports

There is increasing interest in the second citizenship program offered by the government of Dominica, according to one citizenship consultancy firm. The rise in demand for Dominica citizenship took off after the revisions to the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Act. The revisions proved beneficial for the CBI unit of the country as the global demand for the program has risen dramatically.

The rise in Dominica’s citizenship popularity is based on many other factors as well, including minimal tax regulations in Dominica compared to most countries in the EU and America.
