Sun, Sea and Stunning Beaches...

Imagine waking up to the beautiful sunrise, enjoying your breakfast on the terrace of your home in St. Kitts and Nevis, and getting ready to go out and enjoy all that our island has to offer.

Sunny skies, white sandy beaches, and stunning natural beauty make St. Kitts and Nevis two of the most enchanting islands in the entire Caribbean. Located in the Leeward Islands they are a federal two island state in the West Indies, and the smallest sovereign state in the Americas in both area and population. Basseterre, St. Kitts is the Capital city of the islands, and home of the headquarters of government for these two islands.

Many people are choosing to purchase homes on St. Kitts and Nevis as their second home, permanent home to start a new life, or as investment property. One reason these islands are so popular is because of the unique St. Kitts citizenship by investment program. This program offers many benefits including lifetime citizenship, visa free access to many countries, and no personal income tax, in exchange for an investment in real estate. St. Kitts and Nevis has a wide range of properties to choose from to meet all needs and budgets:

  • Homes in beautiful gated communities and resorts.
  • Villas along the beachfront with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
  • Luxury condos within hotel complexes.
  • Lots that are ready to build your dream home on.
  • Private homes with large grounds.
  • Commercial property for rent and sale.

St. Kitts and Nevis, a rich cultural history.

The first inhabitants of St. Kitts and Nevis were the Arawaks who arrived on the island between the 1st and the 5th centuries AD, and named St. Kitts Liamuiga, meaning fertile land. The Caribs closely followed the Arawaks to the islands, and by the time Christopher Columbus arrived, the Caribs were the only inhabitants. Christopher Columbus discovered the islands while on his second voyage to the new world, and when he arrived he mistakenly thought that the clouds that were shrouding the Nevis Peak was snow, so he went on to name it Nieves (Spanish for snow). The British settled on St. Kitts and Nevis in 1624 followed by the French, however the Spanish invaded and took control of the islands in 1629. There was a tug of war over the islands for the next 200 years, between the British, Dutch, French, and Spanish governments, and by the 1900’s the economy was in a bad way due to the failing sugar industry. This was the case until the 1960’s when the federation was formed by Britain and the islands were granted independence in 1983. The islands have been seeing tremendous growth in recent years, largely due to the booming tourism industry.
