A new San Juan-based service will add another option for travelers looking to the islands of St Croix and St Maarten. 

Beginning in June, Frontier Airlines is launching new flights between San Juan and both St Croix in the US Virgin Islands and St Maarten. 

San Juan-St Croix flights will operate three times per week, with service kicking off on June 2. Even better? Fares will start as low as $19.

Most visitors who make the trip to St Thomas find their way at least once to downtown Charlotte Amalie, with its enviable shopping and broad array of restaurants. Far fewer, though, ever stay in Charlotte Amalie overnight. But St Thomas’ newest hotel, the Pink Palm, is quickly changing that.

Cobbled together from a series of historic homes on a hillside overlooking Charlotte Amalie Harbor, the Pink Palm Hotel opened its doors last year, about a quarter of a mile up from the waterfront.

IHG’s Hotel Indigo brand is set to expand to the Cayman Islands this year, with the debut of a new hotel in Grand Cayman this spring. 

The hotel, set a short stroll from Grand Cayman’s legendary Seven Mile Beach, will have a total of 282 guest rooms, many with views of the Caribbean Sea.
