There are three phone lines that serve the house (2) and the Cottage (1). The main cable has 25 pairs and is shared by most of the homes on Sugar Loaf Cay. There are five (5) above ground cisterns, two (2) at the main house, two (2) at the cottage and one (1) at the generator house. The cisterns at the house are 5,000 and 2,500 gallons each. The cisterns at the cottage are 5,000 and 2,500 gallons each and the cistern at the generator house is 1,000 gallons. There is City Water meter and pipe that comes from the Eastern Shores at Beyond Reach Cottage, crosses Sugar Loaf Creek and comes ashore at Coral Cove and comes overland to Parrot Point. The meter is located at Beyond Reach Cottage. All the cisterns can be filled with the Municipal water supply by opening a series of valves. There is a 10KW generator located in a work shop that can supply electricity to the house, cottage and shop by changing a series of switches. The main house is frame construction with wooden floors and a beamed cathedral ceiling. The windows are casement and doors are full pane Frence type doors. The roof is galvalume with a guttering system that feeds the cysterns. Exterior walls and interior walls are wood.
