This unfurnished villa is located on the island main road only 200 meters from the Caribbean Sea. The back yard is very private with views of Nevis peak. The Villa is solidly built out of concrete block with a galvanized roof. The interior walls still need to be painted. The light fixtures need to be installed and checked before connecting the house to the grid. The kitchen requires a stove and fridge to be functional.
